Executive Summary
Mustang Resources, Inc. is a privately held domestic oil production company incorporated in the state of Texas. Mustang’s primary focus is on the production of crude oil from shallow lime and sand structures in Northern Texas, South Eastern New Mexico, Western Louisiana, Southern Oklahoma, and Southern Arkansas.
Nominal recovery, production and operational costs in the shallow oil-producing areas accompanied by lengthy production life (exceeding 40 years in many instances) is the basis of our lower risk, higher return philosophy.
Mustang endeavors to acquire oil leases with existing oil production from sellers who do not wish to invest dollars/expertise to maximize said production. We then employ high probability techniques to retrofit existing wells where needed and/or incrementally drill new wells in proximity to existing production sites, as determined by our team of experienced industry professionals.
By concentrating our efforts on improving current production and revenue of existing leases, and by carefully balancing incremental capital expenditures with existing revenue, we seek to eliminate key risks typically associated with oil and gas exploration.

Operations
Mustang Resources, Inc. focuses its investment activity in a primary band of geography, (shown below) stretching from eastern New Mexico to Western Louisiana. This area, characterized by blankets of shallow limestone and sandstone formations, has been proven to hold significant oil reserves that are geologically documented as “shallow” by industry standards. Typical well depth required when oil is present is 500 feet to 1,400 feet. As such, drilling costs are a fraction of those experienced by companies drilling in shale and other formations, which often require drilling to depths of 4,600 feet or more.
